The open floor plan features ample seating to enjoy a good conversation or kick back and watch a movie on the large flat screen television while relaxing on the luxurious sofa and chairs in the main living room. Sharing this open floor plan is a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances; gourmet cookware; luxurious countertops and island. Just off the kitchen is a spacious dining area for all to enjoy a delicious meal together. Strolling along the first floor you will find a convenient full-size bathroom; as well as a master bedroom which features a large king bed and flat screen TV. There is an additional king bedroom with a flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with a flat screen TV and the fourth bedroom offers a set of bunk beds. Whether taking a stroll on a golf cart; or taking a quick stroll over the boardwalk to the beach you are bound to enjoy the Ocean Breezes! Everytime my Wife and I stay here at Sunflower Beach, we stay at this unit. We love it here and the owner has decorated it perfectly. It has plenty of room for a large family and just cozy enough for a couple. We love the views, the water, the pool and of course the beach. It's just so relaxing. We always come home refreshed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else... Oh and we feel SAFE when we're here. Just simply AMAZING.

My wife and I spent three days at this home and had a wonderful experience. The home is very modern and up to date in all respects. The home is close to downtown port aransas so it is easy to drive to dinner or any activities in town. The interior of the home is very light and perfect for the beach, all furniture is perfect for the scenery of being at the beach. The two car garage attached to the home was more than enough to store all chairs, golf carts, vehicles and anything needed that we did not want to bring into the home to avoid bringing in sand. The kitchen is very modern with several burners, a large oven, and a large dishwasher among other items. Each bedroom comes with its own personal tv, including both living rooms upstairs and downstairs. We very much enjoyed the three upstairs balconies, which let us sit and watch the sunset and also see the ocean. The outdoor shower is nicely placed on the back patio, which was perfect for washing off after a long day at the beach or the pool. There are two pools in the development, one for children and adults and one for just adults. My wife and I enjoyed the adult only pool very much, there also is a bar and grill at the pool which makes great cocktails and food. The beach is a short walk from the home, with direct access through the development, the walkway is also large enough for golf carts to access the beach. My wife and I very much enjoyed our time here and wish we had a few more days on our trip to enjoy this lovely home.
