Three Night Minimum for ALL SUMMER RENTALS
Start up paper products are supplied, you will need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels and bath tissue, as well as dishwashing soaps and bath soaps. Hotel size is supplied. All our properties are fully furnished, have all bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with pots, pans and dishes, and large & small appliances (full size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.) |

*HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN INFO*
Please call Life In Paradise - (800)204-2781 with your dates and choice of properties.
We will need your name, address and telephone numbers.
One night rent will be required to hold your property, if it is 60 days in advance you may mail a check, the check must be received with-in 7 days of making the reservation. If less than 30 days, we will require a credit card & 1 night rent will be charged, non-refundable. Balance is due when you check-in & may be paid by credit card, money order or cash.
Pet Fee is $25.00 per pet, non-refundable, one time fee due at check-in for pet friendly properties only.
No Maid Service During Stay.
No Refund For Early Departure.
NO RV PARKING at ANY OF THE HOUSES OR CONDOS
Requirements for Departure:
All Units Are Inspected & Inventoried
With-in 24 Hours of Departure
*All Trash Bagged *No Dirty Dishes
*Turn A/C to 85 degrees *Lock All Doors & Windows
*Return Keys to "Key Drop" @ 217 Gulf Street
*No Maid Service
There will be an extra charge if departure requirements are not fulfilled.

$30 processing fee on all cancellations. Reservations cannot be transfered from one property to another.
Cancellation policy on Larger,sleeps 8+ properties is 60 days.
Smaller properties, sleeps 6 or less,is 30 days.
