OCEAN VIEW!! PortArrific is a very nice updated efficiency condo located on the fourth floor of the Sea Breeze Condo Complex which offers you beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the dunes right behind the property! Have a cup of coffee or mimosa while you enjoy a beautiful Texas sunrise or watch the ships go in and out while sitting in the tall deck chairs on the back balcony with protection from the hot afternoon sun, while still enjoying the prevailing sea breeze.

PortArrific is walking distance to at least 9 restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and maybe even a little belt sander racing in season! You are also only a half-mile walk from the beach and the Horace Caldwell Fishing Pier.

If that’s not enough, you have access to the incredible pool area complete with palm trees, hot tub and outdoor shower!

The kitchen has all new appliances (no dishwasher) to prepare your meals. Dine at the kitchen table with the unique built-in bench. Lounge on the couch (which converts to a sleeper sofa), comfy arm chair or two accent chairs

while watching your favorite movies or sports on TV. Get a good nights rest on the comfortable King size bed. This area is accompanied by nightstands, chest for your beach attire, and hanging area for clothes. The adjacent full bath consists of a vanity and separate tub/shower, perfect for more than one person getting ready for dinner. There is also an onsite laundry facility for your use. Elevator Access

Very nice and a great price. We will definitely be back. The only negative thing about mt staybwas that the shower was only hot or warm for about two minutes before turning cold. Hopefully they can fix this.

For the value and the location, I was very pleased with my stay. My room was ready ahead of check in time, the room was clean and check in and check out was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Life in Paradise has made it so easy, you would think you were going to your own condo. Everything was effortless making your stay that much more relaxing. Location is the best. The drive time to the beach is only 1 minute. The walk to some of the local establishments is maybe 3 minutes. The Gaff being one of them has great pizza, cold beer, belt sander racing and darts. Lots of fun.

Great location. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the sun come up each morning. We arrived at 6:30 pm and our unit had not been serviced/cleaned, but Life in Paradise promptly sent a housekeeper over and it was very clean when we returned from dinner.

The condo was even better than I expected! The location next to the beach (a really pretty 10 min walk), as well as the grill at the pool and hot tub, everything was great. Also, the view is incredible of the dunes and the water.

This is the 3rd unit we've rented in Sea Breeze because we really like the location. Within proximity to the beach and restaurants. The unit itself will need of updating. There is water sitting on the front door coming from the vent, i think. The porch railing is shaky. The wood is unsteady and may need some fixing. Shower curtain is rusty and will need changing. I would suggest that they stop putting the extra towels under the sink because they started smelling musty. The pool needs maintenance.There are floating insects and fruits,broken branches and leaves.

Liked the Condo . Was really surprised when we 1st arrived and the elevator did not work and hadn't work in a Year because that was the first time we knew about it. But it was clean n very comfortable and we kind of fell in love with it liked the Balcony . The door sticks bad wife couldn't open the door to the Balcony other than that we loved the unit. we would stay there again.

Overall a decent stay some good things, some not so good. Location is terrific, really close to the beaches and an awesome pool at this establishment. It was quiet and had a decent water view from the room and patio . The room smelled musty but the unit was clean. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary items to cook if that’s your thing on a weekend getaway. The parking lot is smallish so if you have a truck - I own a dbl can Tacoma and HAD to back into the slots. I do think it’s overpriced but then again, location x3. It would have been nice if the elevator was working but that’s not really a big deal for us.

Would probably stay here again just because it’s so easy to get to the beach.

A Foggy Weekend at the Seabreeze

Everything was great except the hot tub. I was assured it was in working order. It was not. I called to inform, and was told someone would be out to fix. No one fixed before checkout.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her 30th birthday. She has stayed several time at sea breeze, but this was my first stay. The condo was clean, spacious and nothing short of wonderful! We loved that it is close to the beach and restaurants! We will definitely continue to stay at SeaBreeze!

While I'm not sure this condo would be comfortable for four people, it was wonderful for us as a couple. It's roomy, well appointed, has a nice balcony with a great view and, in short, we could not have been more pleased. The only improvement we would make would be to clean the windows because they were quite dirty -- but that's a minor quibble in what was an otherwise delightful rental experience.
