Su Casa is a unique and stunning beach house offering an unparalleled beach vacation experience. A private pool, grand finishes, Smart features, spacious accommodations and so much more await at Su Casa. There is an endless number of amenities to enjoy including a fire pit, hammocks, board games, a stunning kitchen, a private balcony and so much more.

Su Casa is centrally located so you can quickly access area attractions including beautiful beaches, historical sites, delicious dining, and wonderful shopping. The city is known for being a fishing village, so we always highly encourage guests to book a fishing charter during their stay. It is an exciting way to enjoy the sun, make memories with your crew, and learn more about the community.

With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and three stories, Su Casa can easily accommodate up to 16 guests. It is the perfect choice for a multi-family stay whether that is a family reunion or a retreat with friends. On the first floor, you will find the second living room, dry bar, flat-screen TV, and access to the backyard and pool. You are sure to spend a lot of your time here entertaining your crew. The fenced-in backyard is one of the key features of this home as it is very large. Savor the coastal Texas weather while swimming in the pool (heating available for a fee), swinging in the hammocks, or hanging out by the fire pit. As you head inside each evening, utilize the outdoor shower to rinse away the day. The driveway is even gated to provide security and privacy during your stay.

Head upstairs to the second floor to find the living room, kitchen, and spacious balcony. The living room is cozy and provides a seat for every member of your travel party. There are tons of entertainment options including board games, puzzles, books, and a Smart TV. Turn on your family’s favorite film and try your hand at a puzzle while reflecting on your day. If you are visiting during the colder months, take advantage of the fireplace in the living room. Your kitchen is grand and features all the utensils and appliances you may need during your stay. No matter your culinary ambition, this kitchen has you prepared with a six-burner gas stove, spacious refrigerator and more. If you feel like whipping up a home-cooked meal, set the table in the formal dining area and gather. Or dine alfresco on the balcony and enjoy the serene community views.

The luxury continues into each bedroom and bathroom throughout the home. There is also a washer and dryer available so guests can pack light. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. To showcase the attention to detail throughout the home, the primary bathroom is finished with hand-painted wall tiles. The second bedroom is also complete with an ensuite bathroom and even features a living area with a couch and a desk. This is the perfect space for someone who may have to work while traveling. Overall

We couldn't have been more pleased with both the beautiful home and the quick responses from Life In Paradise. When we had issues with the wifi and the golf cart Life In Paradise provided immediate assistance. We definitely hope to stay in this beautiful property again next year! Highly recommend!
