- We are a property management company, specializing in renting condos and homes in Port Aransas. We have 60 properties including condos at Island Retreat, 9th Street Townhouses and Island Moorings - homes that are located "on-the-beach" and homes that are more convenient to the center of town. All opportunities to add to my listings will be considered and appreciated.

- In addition to renting your home, we will obtain services for you at a reasonable price on any repairs or updates that you may need. A small petty cash account will be maintained for each property to pay for cleaning and maintenance.

- Life In Paradise is currently advertising in the Port Aransas weekly paper, South Jetty, Yellow Pages, Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce, all Texas Travel/Rest Areas, Information Guide for the Texas Coastal Bend, Texas Accommodations Guide which is mailed out with all requests for Texas information from the Travel Texas website. We have a detailed website, with unlimited pictures of the properties. Ads in regional newspapers including San Antonio, Austin, Hill country Texas Hotel/Motel Association & TexasBeachs.com. Mass mailings are done twice a year from our current customer listing.

- We have our office behind our home. During the summer months we answer the phone 7 days a week & have extended hours for booking reservations, we have been known to make a reservation as late as 1:00am. Off peak, we still have 7 day service during regular business hours. Messages on our 800 number are answered several times a day, 7 days a week. E-mail requests are answered as often.
