The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 10 people or mulitiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats and friends gathering. There is a large pool, hammocks for relaxing, picinic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand at each unit. It's an easy walk to the beach and to all the fun and great Restaurants that Port Aransas has to offer.There is parking for 2 cars per unit.
This unit has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full Bunks, BR3 - 1 Queen), 1 Sleeper Sofa. There is a T V in the master and a large flat screen T V in the living room. The floors are cement on the ground floor and pine upstairs for easy sand clean-up. The walls are 10" thick pine to keep things quiet and cozy. Pets are allowed. Has WIFI. 005

    We rented 10 units at The Commons for a corporate fishing trip for our best customers. Great place for this type of event with a large common area to entertain and cook outside. This unit was very nice and very comfortable.

    The townhouse was great for our family. There were not many dishes, however, so we just bought paper plates. The mosquitoes were bad but I know you can't control them.

    Overall the townhouse was great. Clean and spacious for the amount of people we had. Had everything we needed to cook with and eat. Only 2 major down falls was the Wifi was horrible. We would connect and it didnt work at all. To be able to use our phones internet (pandora and what not) in the townhouse we connected to the neighbor next to us. 2nd there was NO reception inside the house. when i needed to call or text i had to go outside. Nothing major but the remotes in the living room had no batteries to turn on the cable box not to say i wanted to watch tv all weekend but it would be nice to have when cooking or eating dinner or what not. Last, the pool was suppose to close at 10ish everynight but our 1st night there they closed before 9 to put in cleaning chemicals in but in my opinion they should have been dont when it was suppose to be closed bc it takes away from what renters are paying for. But overall everything was good. i would rent there again.

    Overall our stay at The commons #203 was great. The parking situation is limited. Even though there is a 2 car per unit rule, it is clear that is not the case in most situations. Very clean and comfortable inside. Kitchen is fully stocked and even had handy BBQ tools for the grill outside. My cell phone didn't have very much reception downstairs but excellent upstairs. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again -- although I may try one of the outer units for more windows :) Very happy first time customer.

    Townhouse was great, there is not enough parking available for guests, there are average 3 cars per house some people had more, also if you advertise a pull out couch as far as sleeping arrangements it should be in working condition.

    We has a great time here. Accommodations were not exactly as described as far as the bed situation but we made it work. The interior was clean and pleasant. Short drive to the beach and shops. There is an issue with parking. The lot doesn't appear to be big enough and hauling items like coolers and suitcases from down the street isn't fun.

    The rental in itself exceeded my expectations. Location and property were excellent. Everything was nice and clean when we got there and the space was perfect for our family. Only issue was the neighbors their were alot of college kids who didn't look to be 25 (min. age to rent property) and they were very loud at night. Had to call the cops to get them to quite down.Other than that this was a great spot we will def. keep them in mind for future visits.
